Not Everyone Wants to Talk

If talking isn't your thing maybe you would prefer writing.  Writing is a creative and powerful way to find out more about yourself and your world.

Why Writing?

Writing helps us discover what we think, feel, know, understand, remember, hope and fear.

Writing is a gentle and fluid way of thinking aloud on the page; there is no right or wrong.  In Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes you have the freedom to experiment in as ungrammatical, misspelt and disordered a way as you like.

Writing can prevent thoughts from swirling round and round the mind aimlessly.  Putting them down on a page can distance them; still to be thought about but in a kinder, less spiralling way.
