About Me
With 16 years counselling and psychotherapy experience working with adults and children, couples and families, I run a professional therapy service providing skilled help with all kinds of personal and emotional issues. I have a special interest in working with shame and anxiety disorders.
I am a BACP accredited therapist, and qualified counselling supervisor abiding by the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists' Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
I offer conversational and creative therapies using an integrative approach and draw on a range of techniques to the suit the individual needs of the client.

Fees
All fees are inclusive of pre and post-session preparation, personal indemnity insurance, administration costs and the costs of professional supervision.

- Individual counselling and psychotherapy fees cost £55 per hourly appointment.
- Family and adult couple work fees cost £75 per hourly appointment.
- Individual clinical supervision fees cost £55 per hourly appointment.
